2009 Dates for General Intensive Courses and Workshops
Starting dates 2009 are binding for beginners (indicated in yellow in the calendars below) and recommended for all other levels (students with previous knowledge of spanish may also start on any Monday throughout the year).
Last day of class: 18th December, 2009
First day of class: 4th January, 2010
Last starting date of the year: 9th December, 2009
January 6th: Epiphany April 9th: Maundy Thursday (Semana Santa) April 10th: Good Friday (Semana Santa) May 1st: May Day June 11th: Corpus Cristi October 12th: National Holiday Nov 1st: All Saints Day (celebrated this year on the 2nd) December 6th: Constitution Day (this year celebrated on the 7th) December 8th: Inmaculada December 18th: Last day of courses
Note: Local holidays can not yet be confirmed with local authorities. By law the school must be closed on these days.
