Student life, the Spanish way

Shared flats are offered to CLIC International House by young or middle-aged members of the local population who are eager to share their apartment with our students. As per homestay, this accommodation is carefully selected on a variety of criteria. This option gives you complete freedom and gives you access to all facilities, kitchen, bathroom, etc. This formula is an excellent solution for those looking for independence, but who still wish to practise Spanish at home.

Independence in a friendly and multicultural atmosphere

The CLIC IH residence halls are located in the heart of the historical and commercial centre of Seville. Single or double rooms are available and each residence, shared by between six and fifteen students, is fully equipped and includes a kitchen, a large living room and all necessary equipment. Some higher standard rooms with private bathroom are available on request with a surcharge of 20%.

For those who want to immerse in everyday Spanish life and tradition, and enjoy family atmosphere and meals

The families which host CLIC International House students are selected on several criteria: location, quality of the lodging, furniture, equipment and food. Families are also selected on the basis of their hospitality and positive feedback from students. This option is available as full or half-board. Weekly laundry and cleaning is included. Although you will have your own keys to come and go as you please, you will have to respect some rules and schedules, especially for mealtimes. Some higher standard rooms with private bathroom are available on request with a surcharge of 20%.

Total independence for one or two

All flats are fully furnished and equipped with a living room, bathroom, kitchen and one bedroom. They are all located in the centre of the city. 

Note: All expenses such as water and electricity included up to 50€/month.  Bed linen and towels provided. Compulsory end of rental cleaning fee for all apartments, 40 €. High season from March 14th to April 30th.

Entirely furnished and fully-equipped apartments in Seville’s centre (about an 8 minute walk from clic) with a bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and living room.
The historic mansion (which previously housed clic) is situated on a peaceful street and has been completely renovated and modernised, with an elevator installed.
We have integrated architectural elements from the original building (ceramic tiles, floor tiles, etc) as a “nostalgic reminder” to blend with the contemporary style.
The apartments are luminous, bright, tastefully furnished and have air-conditioning, heating, TV and an oven.
The communal roof terrace and patios offer a pleasant environment for relaxing outdoors.
From January 2009 there will be wireless internet available throughout the building (at reasonable prices).
Calle Santa Ana’s surroundings have changed a lot over the last few years. The Alameda de Hercules is a large promenade for outdoor leisure, surrounded by cafes, bars and restaurants. It’s one of the fashionable areas for going out. Many of the historic houses around the Alameda have been renovated so as to return to their previous splendour.
